The Maintenance Manager is Shawn Bowden. Shawn is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment both on-site at the facility and the lift stations and flood stations throughout the Muncie Sanitary District.
The Operations Manager is Mac Hines. Mac holds a Class II Municipal License through IDEM. The Operations Manager oversees the Plant Operators, Plant processes, including Belt Presses, and all WPCF Plant treatment processes.
The Working Foreman for maintenance is Thomas Barbosa. The Maintenance Department is responsible for the wastewater facility, 31 lift stations, and 4 flood stations.
