Automatic Payment Re-registration Requirement

Starting November 3, 2025, we are upgrading to a better payment system!  On this date you will have to re-register your payment details if your sewage payments are being automatically withdrawn from the online payment center.  If you would like to enroll by ACH from a bank account through MSD now, please click on the Billing tab, enroll in automatic payments.  You may either email back the ACH form to billing@munciesanitary.org or mail it to Sewage Utility Office, 300 N High Street, Muncie, IN 47305.  Please contact the Sewage Utility Office for any questions at 765-747-4894.  Thank you!
