- CSO 028 Monroe St. – Monroe Street restricted from Wysor Street to Gilbert Street for sewer construction and street restoration preparation. Gilbert Street closed from Monroe Street to Vine Street for street restoration (including the intersection of Vine Street & Gilbert Street).
