2. Interlocal Cooperation Agreement; Agreement between the City of New Castle and the Muncie Sanitary District which MSD would assist New Castle with trash collection due to fire on June 17, 2020- Mark McKinney, Legal Counsel
3. Resolution 2020-09, Resolution amending the procedure for public meeting considering the Covid-19 pandemic-Mark McKinney, Legal Counsel

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at 11:30 a.m.
*Note: The public is welcome to attend but must wear a mask and will have to practice physical distancing guidelines in the Auditorium. Due to these precautions, and the attendance of Board members, staff and department heads, seating will be limited to the first 40 attendees. The meeting will also be Livestreamed on the Muncie Sanitary District’s Facebook page.

Forms can be emailed to publicrelations@msdeng.com. Questions can also be submitted prior to the Board meeting between 11:15 am-11:30 am by filling out the form. Requests for information forms and agendas will be provided before the meeting and posted on the MSD website.
