Posted by: Jason Donati on Monday, August 7, 2017

Here is a revised exhibit showing street impacts due to construction in the CSO 028 and Madison Street Underpass Storm System project areas for public notification.

Work in the CSO 028 (Area 1) Project will continue near the intersection of High Street & Wysor Street next week and continue through December 2017. For the next few weeks, Wysor Street between Walnut Street and High Street will be closed. In addition, the northbound lane of High Street will be closed near City Hall. A detour plan for Wysor Street and High Street traffic is attached for reference including Walnut Street, Main Street, and Franklin Street.

Work in the CSO 028 (Area 2) Project will continue in the McKinley stormwater pond area near the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Elm Street with minimal traffic impacts. In addition, work will also continue along Myrtle Avenue from Elm Street to Mulberry Street for storm sewer installation which will close the intersection of Jefferson Street and Myrtle Avenue for approximately one week. Elm Street has been reopened.

Work at the Madison Street pump station site will continue within the fence with temporary lane restrictions on Howard Street and Monroe Street. Madison Street will be reopened on Monday, August 7th between Howard Street and Kirby Avenue.
