| Keep Used Tires Out of Landfills |

| A new daily service at East Central Recycling where you can bring your used tires.
Delaware
County residents can bring up to 6 tires per year to East Central
Recycling. Only tires from cars or light pick-ups will be accepted. The
service is FREE. Residents will be charge $3.00 for off-rim and $5.00
for on-rim for each tire over the six-tire limit. |

| Bobby Smith Wins “Good Government Award for Exemplary Public Service” |

| The Sanitary District would like to congratulate one of our own for his
out-of-the-box thinking. Bobby Smith won the “Good Government Award for
Exemplary Public Service” from the Citizens of Delaware County for
Property Tax Repeal group because of his work on reducing manpower at
our Sanitation Department. He also installed Waste Oil Burners. The |
