The CAC voted at the meeting on March 3rd to recommend to the Board of Sanitary Commissioners that Alternative B, that is, the plan for complete separation of sanitary and storm sewers, be submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management as the core of Muncie’s Long Term Control Plan.
